An evening of vibrant flavours from Western Australia awaits at The Bloomhouse for our Taste of Western Australia dinner with Chef Aaron Carr! 🇦🇺

The menu brings together smoky ’nduja-spiced BBQ octopus with sunrise lime and saltbush, cured tiger prawns with tomato XO and stracciatella, and beautifully grilled fish and beef accompanied by seasonal sides and rich, aromatic sauces. To finish, silky chocolate namelaka meets bright yuzu and delicate honeycomb.

Set amidst the lush greenery of the Botanic Gardens, settle in for an evening of thoughtful cooking, good wine and lingering conversations.
