Using the freshest ingredients from Little Farms and Starter Lab, the bistro serves wholesome and indulgent dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week long.
Their signature Flatbread made from a sourdough focaccia base that is lighter than a traditional pizza, and topped with choice deli and charcuterie selections, is a winner. Other favourites include their Braised Ox Cheek and Mushroom Pappardelle. Tangy sauce and generous chunks of ox cheek coats the thick and flat Pappardelle noodles. The dish is completed with mushrooms and pecorino cheese.
