At the Table: Bara and Bunga with Grace Kee
For two nights only, join Grace Kee of Good Graces at The Bloomhouse by Little Farms for a special dining experience as part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens Heritage Festival.
Bara, meaning ember, captures the kiss of flame behind each dish, while Bunga, meaning flower, pays homage to the lush Botanic Gardens setting.
Expect a vibrant reimagining of Singapore’s culinary heritage, from refreshing Rojak and smoky Sambal Sotong to banana-leaf-wrapped Otak Otak, sambal butter prawns, free-flowing Nasi Ulam, Nyonya Chicken Curry and Spicy Pork Crackling.
End with fragrant coconut ice cream sandwiched between decadent Valrhona chocolate buah keluak cookies.
