Reheating Instructions
Preheat the oven to 140°C. Warm the turkey for approximately 25 minutes, spraying a little water into the oven every 10 minutes to maintain moisture.
Transfer to a baking dish if needed.
Add a splash of broth if it seems dry.
Cover with foil.
Heat at 350°F (175°C) for 15–25 minutes, until the center hits 165°F.
Microwave reheating (small portions only)
Place stuffing in a microwave-safe dish.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of broth.
Cover with a microwave-safe lid or wrap (leave a small vent).
Heat on medium power for 2–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Check temperature—must reach 165°F.
